[Bug 434154] Re: "patch" required for nvidia-180-kernel-source but not in depends

** Description changed:

- I have been struggling to get the nvidia driver working on my system. A common debug/resolution suggestion that I've read is to uninstall/reinstall. The reinstall failed as I didn't have the "patch" package installed.

  <log/>
  /usr/sbin/dkms: line 35: patch: command not found
  Error! Application of patch nvidia-rt-compat.patch failed.
  </log>

  "Patch" should be included as a depends for nvidia-180-kernel-source.
  Alternatively, I've read in a few places that nvidia-rt-compat.patch may
- not be necessary; if that were the case the whole patch could be removed
- and this bug would no longer exist.
