Alberto,

I installed using alternate iso image (command line only mode). The
system was fine, then installed x11-server-utils, gnome-session, xinit,
system was fine.

Now I installed gedit / gnome-terminal, the system started hanging when
going to X mode. I could not see xorg.conf file. Grub prompt is not
shown to select the single user mode or any other init levels. So, I was
unable to get the file contents you have requested.
