Sometimes, after switching windows quickly with alt-tab in Compiz, tab
key get "stuck" and key down event is sent to window that is in focus
after switching. Key up event is not fired, so for example when
switching from some window to Firefox, it starts to quickly switch
between links on page, like if "tab" key is pressed and hold.
