I've changed the theme, but crash still occurs. 
I'm able to definitely reproduce this when hoovering over bookmark menus, but only when navigation through a longer list.
Attach xsession.errors.old and mentioned there, at the end of file:
[CRASH_HANDLER]: "/tmp/compiz_crash-2818.out" created!
