[Bug 426148] Re: Desktop freezes on resume from suspend, Karmic alpha 5

While testing Karmic alpha 5, the desktop freezes when resuming from
suspend to RAM. It works for a few seconds, but if I (for example) open
System->Administration->Update Manager and hit Check, the screen
freezes. The mouse cursor still works and keyboard input is sufficient
to drop me to a shell (Ctrl+Alt+F1), where I can use top to kill Xorg,
which starts a new session.
