[Bug 412469] Re: [karmic] nv driver triggers seemingly random lockups on GeForce 7300 GT

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: xserver-xorg-video-nv

I was using the nvidia driver without issue up until recently when it
started to corrupt textures (http://twitpic.com/de7ru). I've since
tried to move to nv, but it is randomly locking up X. For what it's
worth, this often occurs at GDM or during login when gnome-session
starts spawning an infinite number of nautilus processes due to bug
  325973.

I've attached a full backtrace, strace, and version information. I am
not using an xorg.conf configuration file.
