- Latest update messed up video display.
+ After version 2.9.0 the -intel driver has dropped support for UMS, and
+ needs KMS enabled in the kernel. The Jaunty kernel has KMS support built
+ in but needs the i915.modeset=1 boot option to enable the KMS support.

+ The Karmic kernel has KMS enabled by default.
