[Bug 443126] [NEW] Touchpad Incorrectly Recognized/Scroll Not working

My Elantech Touchpad is not recognized and so the vertical scroll is
also not working. Normal mouse operation is working. I have attached all
the files as requested in the below documentation:

This issue is present in Ubuntu 9.04( logs attached) and also on Ubuntu
9.10 Beta.
