[Bug 369759] Re: (UXA) swap space is not freed when it is no longer used

As a temporary fix, I have added the following memory usage limits to
/etc/security/limits.conf
root soft data 30000000
root hard data 60000000
It seems to work well and I can run many intensive X applications like
wine and firefox without the intensive memory usage and swapping I
experienced until yesterday.
I'm using xserver-xorg-video-intel, version 2:2.8.1-1ubuntu1
