[Bug 447181] Re: [xorg-edgers] Video driver error: No kernel modesetting driver detected
Well i`ve got this issue too (Acer TravelMate 2353, 2.6.28-15 and xorg-edgers intel drivers).
Why don`t you post an instruction on how to downgrade to the version of the xserver-xorg-video-intel which is not affected by this bug? At least as a temporary workaround for those who don't want to upgrade the kernel.
(As for me, I don't want to upgrade the kernel because of the WiFi problems)
Thanks in advance :)
