[Bug 454388] Re: intel card connected to a monitor acer AL1916 stuck at low resolution

  After upgrade Ubuntu 9.04 to Karmic with "sudo do-release-upgrade -d" at
- restart i cannot get better resolution then 800x600...

+ resolution i must switch off the screen and the pc and then i must turn
+ on first the monitor and then the pc.
