Why is this marked as duplicate?

bug #436816 tells that monitor turns back on with screen saver after
going to sleep.

this bugs tells about inability of power-manager to put monitor to sleep at all.
even tho the screen saver is disabled and with turn of monitor after 10 minutes enabled, it doesn't turn it of. Screen just blanks.

This is not a duplicate bug.
