[Bug 461014] Re: X crashes with video overlay on secondary screen (ATI X600)
Thanks for the quick response!
Further symptoms:
Strange is that the first time after a (re)start of X it works. But when closing totem, waiting a few seconds, starting it again and dragging its window to the right then X crashes as soon as the video content is supposed to jump to the secondary screen.
Further config details:
I disabled Compiz and did not enable KMS (Kernel Mode Setting). I assume the default xorg.conf uses VideoOverlay (and not TexturedVideo) because when it works the first time I see no horizontal size limit of 1536 or 1920 (typical for TexturedVideo).
