This only happens if i put the two monitors horizontaly next to another.

this works.

May there is a problem with the virtual resolution. In the horizontal mode it should be 3004x1080
and in the vertical mode it should be: 1980x1680

May 3004x1080 is to big. With Ubuntu 9.04 did this properties work.
