my enable/disable button doesn't work either.  i'm using a compaq cq50
laptop with an amd chip and an nvidia chipset.

i'm using 64 bit and it hasnt worked on 9.10, 9.04 and 8.10.

would be really nice if i could just push a button and turn this thing
on and off!
