Hello Ryan, sorry for the delay. Here is the output of grep -i mouse
/etc/gdm/*
grep -i mouse /etc/gdm/*
/etc/gdm/failsafeDexconf:for SECTION in Header Files InputDeviceKeyboard InputDeviceMouse \
/etc/gdm/Xsession: disptext=`gettextfunc "System has no Xclients file, so starting a failsafe xterm session. Windows will have focus only if the mouse pointer is above them. To get out of this mode type 'exit' in the window."`
/etc/gdm/Xsession: disptext=`gettextfunc "Failed to start the session, so starting a failsafe xterm session. Windows will have focus only if the mouse pointer is above them. To get out of this mode type 'exit' in the window."
(and then returning to prompt in terminal, please indicate whether you
need more or expect anything else)
