Added bug to xorg-server since it's fixed there upstreams:

According to a comment in the upstream bugreport it requires a newer
version of xorg-server to work.

The work around patch to xf86-video-intel in
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=24482 fixes the issue in
the version of xf86-video-intel in Karmic (at least for me). Don't know
if it should be applied to the Ubuntu version of xf86-video-intel or
not.
