[Bug 491893] Re: Regression: no X-Server working after current updates with ATI Technologies Inc RV280 [Radeon 9200 SE]
Since there were no updates available I had to manually set driver "vesa" in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.
The "Try to restore X"-utility of ubuntu didn't work - even starting with a plain new config for my hardware didn't yield to a working X session.
Do you need any more files to track this regression properly?
** Attachment added: "Manually set xorg.conf, that worked after service kdm restart - ati was changed to vesa for my graphics card"
