[Bug 492121] Re: Karmic xorg updates fail to apply
Is there a way to back this out from the command line? I can only log
in on the console now. I tried completely removing xserver-xorg and
installing a prior version via apt-get per instructions I found on the
Web but I am still unable to get X to run. Always dies with /dev/fb0
not found now. Since backing down to "1:7.4+3ubuntu7" didn't "correct"
the problem, I firmly believe the real bug is in a supporting library
which was installed as part of a different upgrade, but I have no idea
which one or how to back it out.
