Here's snapshots of my updater and as best I can tell I have the PPA
listed.

My 9.04 version was running fine. I still don't understand why new
version update didn't do what it was supposed to when I allowed the
update manager to download and install the 9.10

I have snapshots of all the tabs of software sources but it appears to
only allow me to attach on
