Just made fresh install - everything was ok.
Then this bug appeared:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xserver-xorg-video-intel/+bug/456279 - suggestion was to enable  xorg-edgers ppa .. and here I am again.
I should remember not to buy  pc with intel graphics again ;)

Joke is a joke ... but reverting drivers is not complete solution - I
cannot afford dropping mono applications , also cannot work with
constant crashes.
