Jerry, since ubuntu-bug needs firefox to report the bug, it does not
work very well when X isn't working. However, you may report the bug and
then run `apport-collect <bug #>` in order to upload the apport
information (it needs networking to function, but not X). It will upload
the same information that is contained in the apport-file you uploaded,
but it will also split the big files into separate attachments.
