I cannot believe this is low priority. The intel chipset is fairly
common and a lot of people are having issues with Xrandr and the intel
driver. Please look at bug 465318:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/465318. It is
marked as a duplicate of this bug. I am not sure it is, but it is
related and there are tons of comments on it.
