Thank you Denis, that confirms that you experience the bug as well.

As to your question, no I would not recommend to use any of the test
kernels for daily use, you are missing a lot of bug fixes adn new
features that are in the current official kernel.

Until this bug is fixed upstream, I am using the vesa driver and
nolapic+nomodeset kernel options, that works fine for me. I have
