Before your patches, and new drives, the confused screen comes every
time after suspend, and this one was the first I have notified (X is
crashed, and restarted - with five suspends before). Now with two
suspends and kill Xorg, the problem does  not occure.

Have you fixed the XVideo problem, I have not installed the actual
driver, if there is one...?
