[Bug 380741] Re: fn+f8 swich from trackpad to touchpad broken on thinkpad

I can say that the Fn+F8 Button works on my new set up Lenovo ThinkPad T60 with Karmic (64bit).
The function is that the thouchpad is switched on or off. The trackpoint always works.

There is an other behaviour. Karmic has (standard) switched on, that if
keyboard is tipping then touchpad is unabled. This works. But in this
case the off-switched touchpad (with Fn+F8) will always switch on again
when keyboard is used. If you unable this behaviour in the mouse-menu
(touchpad), the Fn+F8 function will work like described at the
beginning.
