Message #43124
[Bug 514336] Re: "Key presses repeat when key is held down" does not work
When starting only with xterm instead of gnome, `xset q` has the lines
Keyboard Control:
auto repeat: on key click percent: 0 LED mask: 00000000
After running `gnome-session` which starts gnome, it is changed to:
Keyboard Control:
auto repeat: off key click percent: 0 LED mask: 00000000
This remains after I choose Log out to return to the single xterm.
I have downgraded gnome-session from 2.29.6-0ubuntu1 to 2.28.0-0ubuntu8
without any change. I'm still assigning to gnome-session, since that is
at least closer to the right package than xorg-server.
** Package changed: xorg-server (Ubuntu) => gnome-session (Ubuntu)
