[Bug 514210] Re: [I915GM] slow desktop refresh poor graphics performance

Using ubuntu karmic
The gnome desktop refresh is very slow at 1280x1024 16 bits
since using the xserver-xorg-vesa driver runs fine, I suppose an intel
driver problem
using the ubuntu lucid drivers does not help.
