[Bug 404439] Re: [GM965] Kubuntu: after logging out, the KDM login session opens no more

 

After system start, KDM opens correctly the login screen. However, after
the logout the screen stays in the text mode (tty) and no login screen
shows up. One can login to the text console.

Description:    Ubuntu 9.10
Release:        9.10
Codename:       karmic

This happens after upgrading from 9.04 to 9.10.

The proposed fix does not work:
