[Bug 489875] Re: [i915] Screen goes over the edges of display and too low resolution
Could the GMA 900 and the TV just be uncompatible?

Resolutions Supported (there was a note: "Other resolutions and refresh rates may be selectable but are not recommended"):
640 x 480; 800 x 600; 1024 x 768; 1152 x 864; 1280 x768; 1280 x 960; 1280 x 1024; 1600 x 900; 1600 x 1200; 1920 x 1080; 1920 x 1200; 1920 x 1440; 2048 x 1536.
Where as the resolutions mentioned in the LG manual were:
1360 x 768 at 60 Hz was for PC with RGB output (ie. using VGA cable) and
1280 x 720p was recommended when using DVD player (etc.) with a HDMI cable.
