Lucid A3 2.6.32-14 only runs with "nomodeset" and "vesa".  With default
"modeset" and default xorg for i845 video graphics hangs up solid in
seconds:

Can't do ssh or anything else to get debug info.

In contrast, recent install from mini .iso karmic 2.6.31-19 runs fine
with default modeset on and with default xorg.  This is a multi boot so
it's easy to try one or the other.
