[Bug 345781] [NEW] videos on totem player (no matter wich format) flicker, on vlc player too, though I've installed all the codecs I would need

Not only on totem player, on other players too (vlc, Mplayer) videos are
flickering, even when paused. On vlc player I can't even properly access
the tool bar because not only the video, but the whole player flickers.
Flickering increases dramatically when mouse goes over the buttons on
player/tool bar. None of the codecs (mostly GStreamer) did help with
these. Maybe it's because of my graphics chip (ATI 1270, Laptop from
MSI), using an external driver because there isn't an appropriate one in
the add/remove center for applications, at least I didn't find one.
