For the record, I wasn't quite right on the display plane A/B issue. It
was 0x00000010 and 0x00000100 that are that pair ("Invalid GTT Entry
during Display A Fetch" and "Invalid GTT Entry during Display B Fetch").
0x00000001 means "Invalid GTT Entry during Fetch on behalf of the Host"
which is still pretty similar. This information is available in section
8.2.1.2 in http://intellinuxgraphics.org/VOL_1_graphics_core.pdf .
