[Bug 526491] Re: Keys stuck down when using various VNC servers and clients

** Description changed:

  Binary package hint: xorg

When a using a VNC server (doesn't matter which) and having key-repeat
enabled, any key down event from any VNC client can lead to a 'stuck
key'. No sequence of keyboard events frees the key. Killing VNC has no
effect. Sending key-up events using xsendkeycode to the X server does
not release the key. (In fact xsendkeycode always seems to result in a
key-down event being generated first regardless of whether the state
  sent is 0 or 1. A feature?)
