Re: [Bug 352689] Re: jaunty beta liveCD resume freezes X on HP 6720 laptop w Intel GM965/GL960

Thanks for all the marvelous things coming with Ubuntu.

I *was* testing the current Ubuntu development version.

Please understand that one year after submission, the hardware may no
longer be available for testing, especially when not owned.

Please understand that if it's difficult to associate a package that may
be a subcomponent to an application problem already, it's even more
difficult when a computer freezes on resume.

Please understand that it's extremely difficult to use "Help -> Report a
Problem" or the 'ubuntu-bug' command on a frozen computer.

Please understand that people are reluctant to see "Collecting problem
information" to be stored on a public server without first being able to
browse and check the collected data.

May I suggest instead that the best approach to this sort of problem is
to look at the data that have been collected by working means and to
suggest how to make more tests or collecting more data.
