Stefano, it is possible to collect the apport data on one machine, and
file it from another.  I was able to use the apport file you provided
earlier to create a new bug (except under my own username) by doing
this:

  apport-bug apport.xserver-xorg-video-intel.8sQ3h7.apport

So you could try that in order to get the bug filed.
