No, Itried but the Lucid Beta1 Live-CD neither works with the laptop's internal monitor nor with the external monitor.
When I work with my installed Karmic and the nvidia-driver only the external monitor is detected whereas with Karmic and the nv-driver only the internal monitor is detected.
