You did not explain how to determine the failing component which is
required by the commands.
In short, the information you request is this :
apport-cli -f
 *** Error: No package specified
This is why (tools not working) I provided as much information as
possible.  It wasn't opened.

No, the computers are no longer here.

However, I managed to run the suspend/resume test once with 10.4b1 on a
6720 and it was OK.
Not possible with the Z9200, though.
