No stack traces are present in any of your X logs.  Are you sure it's X
crashing and not something else?  Do you have an encrypted hard drive?
There are some messages in your dmesg output relating to that.

If you're certain it's an X crash, you'll want to collect a full
backtrace - see http://wiki.ubuntu.com/X/Backtracing for guidance.
