Binary package hint: ubuntu-docs
hello,
I'm using gnome ubuntu 9.10 on a ls50a notebook. I tried to work with
multiple screen. It works since I change resolution to have none clones
screen.
Crap! Black screen, with a cursor. Then I'm not able to shut down my
system. I had to wait until empty battery. Try to boot with live CD =
nothing, try to but hitting F2 to get into Bios=nothing!!!
It seems that it is stuck into a non proper resolution. The same thing
happened with a projector, afterwhile I was able to boot again. In the
previous case I used a 19'' screen. My notebook screen is 1024x768, and
the other screen was 1280X1024.Please help me.
Alex
