This looks to be the issue:

Selecting previously deselected package fglrx.

to /usr/lib/fglrx/libdri.so.xlibmesa by fglrx'

  found `diversion of /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions/libdri.so to
/usr/lib/fglrx/libdri.so.xlibmesa by xorg-driver-fglrx'

dpkg: error processing
