I found some simple way to reproduce the bug (always).
This *always* works on this site (in French) : http://www.problema.fr/content/arnaque-elisa-helene-de-bousquet-et-george-daniel-purnavel

Go to this page, click any link named "Permalien", then scroll a bit
with the mouse wheel to get your mouse over a link.
