Julian, we turned off the automatic reporting of these bugs a while ago
(4 weeks?). The apport-crash bug report would come up when the computer
was rebooted after a freeze, but possibly in other situations as well.
Did you see those freezes before or did you only see the apport-crash
bug reporting dialog?
