That's not a bug unfortunately, CUDA is not an advertised feature of
nouveau and support is at least a year away most likely. Nouveau is not
intended to be a feature complete replacement of the binary drivers at
this time, there is not even accelerated 3D support in lucid. You also
will not get CUDA support with the driver it replaced (xserver-xorg-
video-nv) but you do get KMS and accelerated 2D.
