Chris, with this way of disabling DRI, it would not be possible to re-
enable DRI to test a new kernel without replacing the xserver-xorg-
video-intel package. Would it be possible/easy to disable it by default,
but let

Identifier "my-self-configured-device"
Driver "intel"
Option "DRI" "On"

in xorg.conf re-enable it? Or is it easier to put up a PPA with an
xserver-xorg-video-intel with DRI enabled?
