Geir I am now using 2.6.34-rc3 mainline kernel.

Regarding the need to ssh into the locked-up system in order to get the
logs:

1: Do you mean to ssh into the locked up system from another computer on
the network? If you mean something else (ssh localhost??) please say. I
am just running one laptop

2: Please note that once I play with water effects the effect works for
about 5 seconds but struggle & then I get kicked out of the desktop but
immediately am brought back to the login screen. The system does not
lock up. I can log back in. Is it ok to grab the Xorg.0.log file once I
log back in? If the answer to this is yes I will open a new bug and
attach the Xorg.0.log file.
