[Bug 563811] [NEW] Ubuntu Lucid doesn't start after installing

I have an HP-Compaq 615 machine .I tried to install 9.10 . I was able to
do it after trying 5-6 time now same problem on ubuntu Lucid .I have
seen the problem on launchpad with people have same machine.When ı tried
to boot from ubuntu cd I only see a blank screen and optical drive stops
or the cd boots in very long time (10-15 minutes) and then ı anstall
ubuntu after restart ı only see a blank screen again.Any guesses how to
solve problem?
