found the solution for me:

1. have no mouseemu installed and the reconfigure didn't work either...
2. go to "System>Preferences>Keyboard
3. use the  "Accessibility" tab and untick "Only accept long keypresses"

that's it! I'm using my keyboard in the moment....obviously
