[Bug 565643] Re: Xserver does not start due to drm problem
Looks like radeon is loading far too late in the boot process in your
case. Can you run these two commands in a terminal and try again?
echo FRAMEBUFFER=y | sudo tee /etc/initramfs-tools/conf.d/splash
then
sudo update-initramfs -u
and reboot.
