[Bug 568075] [NEW] Use native screen resolution

Using Lucid Lynx with proprietary Nvidia device drivers.

Xserver runs at the native screen resolution for the monitor.
GRUB2 and Plymouth does not.
Everything should run in the same resolution, the native resolution.

Instead of GRUB and Plymouth run at 640x480x8 and X at 1920x1200x32.

The transition from GRUB to Plymouth to X should be as smooth and
uniform as possible.
